The Inn Policies

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are taken by phone, email or online through our website Please call (509)682-2627, or email Credit card information is required to reserve a room. We accept all major credit cards. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT:  We accept cash, all major credit cards, and local personal checks with two forms of picture ID. 

DEPOSITS: A deposit for the first night of your stay (not including taxes and fees) will be charged at the time you reserve your room. The remaining balance for your stay will be due upon arrival. Without a valid credit card, a cash deposit of $100 is required to stay. Deposit will be refunded upon check-out, pending no damage. 

DISCOUNTS: A 10% discount is given to rooms reserved for 5 or more consecutive nights, or parties that reserve 5 or more rooms for two or more nights. Seniors over 75 years old receive a 10% discount. A 10% discount is also offered to active and ex military.  Multiple discounts do not apply. 

CANCELLATIONS / REFUND: There will be a booking fee of 10% charged for ALL cancellations. If you cancel more than 1 week prior to check-in, 10% of the total of your booking will be charged and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 1 week prior to check-in, the first night deposit will be held. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the full amount of the booking will be charged. We understand things happen but cannot assume financial responsibility for cancellations. 

CHECK IN / OUT: Check-in hours are between 4pm and 8pm. If we have your room ready before 4pm, we will gladly accept early arrivals. Check out is by 11am. Check with management about storing luggage before or after your stay. 

DAMAGE POLICY: During check-in, guests acknowledge they will be responsible for any damages that are deemed intentional or due to negligence by Riverwalk Inn management. Please see list of detailed charges for further information. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged to any room that requires staff to spend more than the average time cleaning due to excessive dirtiness or trash. Violation of pet or smoking policy will incur a $300 fee. 

SMOKING: We operate a non-smoking establishment. This includes the outside grounds. Please go for a walk in the park.  

PETS: We charge $15 per pet/per night in designated rooms only. We are pet friendly property but that does not mean every room is pet friendly, only designated rooms. For information about our pet-friendly rooms, come see us at the front desk. Please do not leave pet unattended in the room, unless inside a kennel. Please relieve (and pick up after) pets across the street in the park instead of on hotel grounds. 

NUMBER OF PEOPLE: Room capacities may not be exceeded without management approval. We offer room capacities of two, four, and five. If found in violation you will be asked to leave without refund. 

KEYS: Keys need to be returned upon check out. Lost keys incur a $10 replacement fee. 

TOWELS / BLANKETS: Please do not take towels and blankets outside of the room. We have clean “beach towels” for guests to use, as well as rags for spills and mess clean up. Please ask front desk. 

BIKES: Bikes can be stored in ground level, outside building rooms. Please ask management if you have reserved a room upstairs and need to store your bike. Availability is first come, first serve. 

TRANSPORTATION: Guests can use Casino Shuttle (free) 509-470-0061, Lake Chelan Taxi 509-682-8294 or the LINK bus service to other towns

AMENITIES: On-site breakfast and lunch is offered seasonally and guests receive a 20% discount on their meal.
